Phone Interview. We will be in touch to arrange a telephone interview.
Mutual Discovery. If the initial interview generates mutual interest, you will proceed to the Discovery Stage during which many of the facets of Oxford Learning will be disclosed to you. Simultaneously, Oxford Learning will thoroughly assess your potential to be a successful franchisee.
Confidential Application. Our Selection Committee will review your Confidential Application and other relevant information. If approved, you will be awarded the franchise and proceed towards your target opening date.
Opening. Typically, the process from this moment until you open your franchise, will take about eight weeks during which we will fully train you and help you with site selection, and other processes.
